Hand Made Guitars
I build guitars right here in the USA. New Jersey,actually! My goal is to provide a good playing, hand made USA guitar at an affordable price. My prices start at $599.00!
The guitar at left is an original design. I call it the "James Paul" The one below is a "Jazz Paul" notice the 3x3 head stock. The header pic is an S style, which I call a 62/70. 62 body with a 70's head stock.

How I do it
By using, Maple, Poplar and pine I create very nice looking guitars. Just look at the grain of the Poplar top on these models! I make composite bodies to lower costs and allow for wiring routes and such.
The necks are Maple and all hand carved. They start as a blank board not an import neck. I use Poplar for the fret board, install a two way truss rod and use medium or jumbo frets.
Why Call Them Crappy Guitars?
#1- I thought this was a catchy, goofy name that would generate interest.
#2- They are a little, well, crappy. I use a lot of hand tools. NO CNC or automation. So are there some defects or little quirks? You bet! But I think they show the LOVE that I put into each and every piece. You see a scratch or sanding mark? Finish could be a little smoother? I see uniqueness !
